At the invitation of Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski, the Foreign Ministers of 11 European countries (Visegrad Group countries, Baltic and Nordic countries)—Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania—gathered in Gdańsk on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 to discuss ways of combating the economic crisis and making Europe—in particular our region—more competitive.
